Here is exactly how it goes from here. First, the owner calls you, usually within one business day, to talk through what you are after and answer whatever questions you have. There is no script and no pressure on that call. Second, we set up a time to come out and walk the site in person, because the only honest way to price concrete is to stand on the ground it is going on and see the access, the grade, and the drainage for ourselves.
Third, you get a written quote within a few days of that visit, broken out by prep, reinforcement, concrete, and finish so you can see where every dollar goes. What we quote is what you pay. If you would rather not wait on the call, you can reach the owner directly at (507) 735-8820 any day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. We are insured and bonded, based in Rochester, and we are not going anywhere after the pour.
In the meantime, it helps us to know a little about the project. Square footage, whether you are replacing an old slab or pouring fresh, the finish you have in mind, and any photos you can take all make the site visit faster and the written quote sharper.
